• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident in Malaysia with an address in a territory where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.

• Capable of making legally binding decisions and not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using kissy88's services.

3Account Registration

4Deposit & Payment Methods

10Limitation of Liability
